
Luxury Ecommerce Manager
As a luxury ecommerce manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online sales and marketing of a luxury brand.
You will work closely with the digital agency, the web development team, the creative team, and the product managers to ensure that the website and the online campaigns reflect the brand’s identity, values, and quality standards.
You will also analyze the website performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize the conversion rate, the customer retention, and the revenue growth.
Some of the main duties and responsibilities of a luxury ecommerce manager are:
– Manage the online product catalog, ensuring that the product information, images, prices, and availability are accurate and up to date.
– Coordinate with the digital agency to plan and execute effective online marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, search engines, display ads, etc.
– Monitor and report on the website traffic, sales, conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Identify and implement strategies to improve the website usability, functionality, design, and content to enhance the customer experience and loyalty.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices in the luxury ecommerce sector.
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relevant content for the website and the online campaigns, such as product descriptions, blog posts, videos, testimonials, etc.
– Manage the online customer service, ensuring that the inquiries, complaints, feedbacks, and reviews are handled promptly and professionally.
– Ensure that the website and the online campaigns comply with the legal and ethical standards of the luxury industry.
To be a successful luxury ecommerce manager, you will need:
– A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, ecommerce, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in managing ecommerce websites and online marketing campaigns for luxury brands or products.
– A strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, tools, analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.
– A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with a passion for luxury products and services.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– A creative and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving attitude.
– A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
